The furniture is arranged according to real use, not by symmetry, facilitating comfortable waits and informal meetings without interfering with the operation.
We incorporate hybrid areas (lobby lounge, work bars, coffee points) that operate at different times of the day. Well-graduated lighting and controlled acoustics allow these spaces to be active without being noisy. When signage and spatial reading are clear, staff inquiries are reduced and the guest experience is improved.
