Sardinia Houses is a Real Estate development for single-family homes of the highest quality, both for their quality architecture and for their construction and eco-efficient technology.

Built in Madrid surroundings, they have been designed for those families looking to live in a special, modern and comfortable house. The construction process was specially overviewed by the technical team to guarantee a great final execution quality, involving first-class crafts in the process.

Sardinia Houses are equipped with passive architectural elements (that is, they work without consuming energy) such as their ventilated façade, which serve to drastically reduce spending on interior air conditioning, or the rainwater collection system to be able to reuse it in garden irrigation.

The team of architects has put special emphasis on the design and installation of a highly efficient system for air conditioning the homes, adjusting all the parameters as much as possible so that the energy consumption of these homes is as minimal as possible.

From the beginning of the project the architects understood natural light as the main material of the work, making it penetrate every corner of the house. Precisely for this reason, patios are placed right in the heart of each home that fill the spaces designed for the daily life of its inhabitants with light and personality.

To give personality and play with sunlight, the houses are made up of a series of prismatic volumes, which generate shadows, thus reducing the temperature in the immediate surroundings of the house and creating different environments to enjoy the garden.

The materials, equipment, kitchen, facilities, finishes… respond to a careful and elegant design.
