A global design, same language inside and outside.<\/p>\n
To address the interior design of this spectacular single-family home, the architects and interior designers of OOIIO decided to continue the same line of work with which they designed the house\u00b4s Architecture.<\/p>\n
If we stand in front of the building from the outside, we will see a very strong construction, with a marked sculptural intentionality. A kind of large \u201cstone boat\u201d that floats above the garden, creating large terraces and porches from which to enjoy the nearby nature.<\/p>\n
Inside we will find similar gestures, adapted to the human scale, to family and home life, more friendly to promote the comfort and spatial quality of each home corner.<\/p>\n
It is a total custom design project for a family, where every detail counts. You will see many connections between some elements and others, not only because of its clean and strong shapes, but also because of the materials that make them, the chromatic range, the textures and\u2026 of course, the light.<\/p>\n

OOIIO Architects worked on the home interior experience, starting with the process of entering on it. You access the rectangular plot through one of its corners, a few meters from the house, so that as soon as you pass through the door of the perimeter fence you find yourself face to face with the imposing construction, contemplating it from a foreshortened view, to force the perspective of the floating colonnade of its west fa\u00e7ade. An unusual first architectural gesture that already surprises at first.<\/p>\n
Climbing a few floating steps you place yourself in the axis of the space that the colonnade generates with the house, and that is the access. As soon as you open the door you enter a hall full of filtered natural light where you can see what will be the materials that will accompany you throughout the interior: wood in light golden tones, gray, stone materials and porcelain tiles of great quality and beauty.<\/p>\n
You immediately discover the main space of the house, completely open to the porch and garden of the house, the living-dining-kitchen area, where there is also a reading corner and library. A space designed thinking on the family, to be always together, comfortable and the little ones playing there where you can watch them.<\/p>\n

A geometric collage was designed as a front for the living room with a dark green low cabinet underlining the importance of this wall, with the TV and a fireplace. Different stone and ceramic pieces complete the collage, with a colorful palette.<\/p>\n
Everything, from kitchen, tables, chairs, furniture, lamps, etc. It has been chosen specifically for this space by the interior designers at OOIIO.<\/p>\n
From here you can also access the bedroom and bathroom area. Each bedroom has a different color range, to give them their own personality.<\/p>\n
In the children’s rooms were designed custom closets with desks and storage areas. The beds and headboards follow the same set as the rest of the furniture.<\/p>\n
For the main room, the interior designers used more serious colors than in the other bedrooms. Darker, without losing light and connection with the rest of the house. The custom-designed dressing room is connected or isolated from the bed area with sliding doors embedded in the headboard, giving the option for one of the members of the couple to wake up and get dressed without disturbing the other.<\/p>\n

The bathrooms in the house are all different. Each one has a different ceramic collage, adapting to the space and light. The OOIIO designers looked for the best combination for mirrors, artificial lighting, furniture, toilets… achieving a very attractive variety of solutions.<\/p>\n
The house actually has quite a few materials, colors and textures coexisting together and you don\u00b4t get the feeling that any of them stand out too much.<\/p>\n
The work of the OOIIO Architects Design Team has been very meticulous, always giving priority to the comfort and elegance that a house of this type required, over the search for more strident solutions that could attract more attention.<\/p>\n
A special, contemporary and elegant interior design, for a unique home.<\/p>\n
