For OOIIO Architecture<\/a> the design of rooms in luxury residences requires a balance between comfort, aesthetics and functionality: clear layout, elegant integrated headboards with dimmable lighting and sufficient storage without saturating the space. The choice of materials prioritizes simple maintenance, durability and acoustic comfort, guaranteeing a serene environment.<\/p>\n

In suites, we work on zoning (rest, work, living) to improve the perception of spaciousness and the experience of conviviality. The combination of warm ambient light, glare control and sound-absorbing textiles reduces fatigue and improves the quality of rest, a factor directly related to the satisfaction and well-being of residents.<\/p>\n

The common areas are the heart of living together in a luxury residence. The key is to organize flows: clear accesses, visible living areas and intuitive routes to shared spaces. We incorporate hybrid areas (living rooms, work areas, cafes) that operate at different times of the day.
