Hotel Room Suite Design<\/h2>\n

Room design demands a balance between comfort, durability and operation: clear layout, integrated headboards with dimmable lighting and sufficient storage without saturating the space. The choice of materials prioritises simple maintenance, resistance to intensive use and acoustic comfort compared to corridors and adjoining rooms. <\/p>\n

In suites, we work on zoning (rest, work, living) to improve the perception of spaciousness and the experience of stay. The combination of warm ambient light, glare control and sound-absorbing textiles reduces guest fatigue and improves rest, a factor directly related to satisfaction and repeat booking. <\/p>\n

Design of common areas and transition areas<\/h2>\n

The common areas live from circulation and permanence. The key is to order flows: clear access, visible reception, intuitive routes to elevators and public areas. The furniture is arranged according to real use, not by symmetry, facilitating comfortable waits and informal meetings without interfering with the operation. <\/p>\n

We incorporate hybrid areas (lobby lounge, work bars, coffee points) that operate at different times of the day. Well-graduated lighting and controlled acoustics allow these spaces to be active without being noisy. When signage and spatial reading are clear, staff inquiries are reduced and the guest experience is improved. <\/p>\n

We work kitchens and living rooms with clear flows, functional lighting in service areas and more emotional atmospheres in customer areas. Good acoustic control and flexible distribution allow the space to be adapted to different times of the day, improving profitability without compromising the experience. <\/p>\n

Booths, phone booths and office cubicle design<\/h3>\n

The bathrooms and wellness areas concentrate a large part of the hotel’s perception of quality. Design must solve comfort, hygiene and durability: correct slopes, effective ventilation, non-slip materials and solutions that facilitate cleaning. <\/p>\n
