OOIIO Architecture begins the construction works of a new Apartment Refurbishment Project in Madrid. At the moment in this architecture studio there are 6 projects of this kind underway, in different phases. Little by little we will share with everyone so that you can contemplate the possibilities that OOIIO finds in the places that their clients propose them thanks to the meticulous study of each space with whom they work.

This week has begun the construction works of a 3 stores Apartment Refurbishment Project in Chamartín, Madrid, and in the coming weeks OOIIO will begin the works of another Refurbishment Project for a flat in Avenida de Brasil, also Madrid. at the same time OOIIO is carring out a Refurbishment Project for the Headquarter Offices of a multinational investment company in Salamanca District, Madrid.
All are projects that have required great effort and dedication from the OOIIO´s professional team to achieve high quality results with a fair budget.
