Joaquín Millán presented as speaker some of the housing OOIIO works on a big event that was held at the Muicipal Theatre of Arequipa, which was completely full, with more than 600 people from 18 countries of the two Americas.
The event was organized for the ELEA (Latin American Meeting of Students of Architecture), resulting in a successful integration and cultural exchange among the hundreds of student assistants.
